"Bonne expérience à El campello, dans un appartement confortable à deux pas de la plage et du paséo"

La ponctualité pour la remise des clés par la personne qui assurait la conciergerie de l'appartement. Sinon l'appartement était très propre et spacieux pour une famille de 6 personnes.

La mise en relation avec la conciergerie avant notre arrivée n'a pas été simple. Le numéro de téléphone renseigné sur booking nous redirigeait sur un inconnu. Lorsque nous avons trouvé enfin le numéro de téléphone de l'agence de location, la personne ne parlait ni anglais ni français, et nous pas espagnol, donc difficile de se comprendre. Elle nous renvoyait sur des sms via Whatsapp, mais n'était pas réactive pour y répondre.

"We had a lovely relaxing stay x"

Location was great. Apartment was super clean and spacious. Beds comfortable.

The apartment did get cold particularly during the night, (understandable during December) so the portable heaters were essential for us. A suggestion would be to have some basic kitchen essentials to get us started eg tea, coffee, milk, sugar.

"Apartment was clean and near beach but keys were a problem for us."

Was near the beach and shops.

Only one set of keys,which was a big problem.The main shower wouldn’t get warm and no large towels.No mirror in single bed room.
