Nice 2 bedroom flat with big Pools and big terrace Parque don José, 313

The complex is nice with nice big pools and beautiful trees. The apartment is functionnal and all is provided. The bedrooms are big but the living room in very small (in fact it is the entrance).

We had difficulty to find the number 12 and to find the lockbox which is 2 streets away. We had to call to get more details. The apartment was not completely clean: the micro wave was dirty and there were rubbish in the bin. A lady came to clean later in the afternoon. There was not topsheet in one bed but only a bedspread and the explanation was that due to hot temperature they chose to put only the bedspread. I insisted to get a top sheet and a lady brought a duvet cover for single bed which covered only half double bed. We had not the key to open the window of one bedroom to refresh the room and to access to the balcony. A lady opened it but after we were not able to close it to secure the apartment. We had to take the other key set (missing at the arrival day) the day after in the lockbox. And above all, the big negative point is the location and the soundproofing of the apartment. Indeed we had the view to the street and to a wasteland. We had also a lot of noise coming from the street, the portal that slams loud all the day from 6 am and the bar with terrace below. We were not able to rest at evening and to sleep before midnight, even later on saturday. The aim of holidays is to be cool, calm and serene. We were thinking to quit and to find another apartment after the first night. I suggest them to invest in triple glazing to reduce noise. The sofa is not comfortable, there is no light in the roof terrace (we could not have diner in the dark) and towel holder are missing in the bathroom. With all these issues the score is not high. It should certainly be higher if the apartment was at the inner part of the complex with the view to the pool, so less noisy. Finally, the price I paid with the reduction of Booking Genius 3 was near 140€ per night.

Very spacious and clean appartment, the pools were amazing. The appartment has pretty much everything you need. There are cafes along the road which are great value for money and friendly staff!

The pillows were not good at all, and in one bedroom they constantly fall through the back of the bed. No chopping board for cutting food.

Good contact with a team. We had a problem with a coffee machine so we got new one after we informed about a problem. Nice pool and taras. Good price for such a quality.

I really enjoyed the bedrooms and the amount of beaches and restaurants nearby.

We only had 1 pool fob, so it was hard to get all of us to the pool, when sometimes we went back to the flat at different times.

Place and property was amazing! I did enjoy so much! Apartment was clean and ready with wine and chocolate 😍 Lovely to be here! Especially spacious terrace with amazing View! It was great. Thank you for all

It was very clean & well equipped & with a huge rooftop terrace which also was very well equipped Denisa Alex & the cleaning lady were excellent & very helpful

i did not like anything about the property. I would never stay here again. it was awful and grossly overcharged. There were no proper kitchen utensils or cooking equipment so it was impossible to cook a meal. The towels/toiletries were inadequate, the place was dirty. The bed was not made up and the access to the roof terrace was unsafe. children should not be permitted to stay here. Furthermore we had to travel into Los Cristianos to collect the key to the property which cost us time and money
