Exec 1br for 6 person One Manchester Place with pool , P 350 beach pass PP

Owner booked us another place to stay for a night and asked to move in the property the next day which is so inconvenient. Promised to refund but did not refund anything, all words no action! Did not use her property and booking at all due to their own doing so we have to find another place for the whole duration of our stay. Why accept booking if your property is not at all available???????? Saying no problem, but you do not know the inconvenience you are causing. Totally ignoring my follow up messages, have not heard any reply after our telephone convo, saying she will refund us. No courtesy, no decency to reply even a single hello. Avoid this property at all cost as when issues arise, you would not get this owner to reply.

Love its location It has shops and restaurants Love going to the beach

Arrived at 4pm. Took an hour for them to finally check me in. Room had no towels or blankets so I had to wait longer for that. Toilet had a poo and a dead cockroach in it. Rubbish wasn’t cleared out. At this point I was seriously questioning whether the room had actually been cleaned. They finally came back with the towels and the room key. Now 2 hours since I arrived and I badly needed water. When I tried to lock the door to leave to buy water the key didn’t work. They gave me the wrong key so I couldn’t secure my belongings. At this point I had run out of patience so I grabbed my bags and left. Terrible experience.
