Very clean, comfortable place to stay with loads of space for my family. Beds were really comfortable and there were plenty of towels provided. I would recommend this place to friends and family and I would absolutely come back. The location was great with easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops and beaches.

Ideally, I would have liked a welcome pack with information about the stay and local activities, etc. A little fan would have been handy on the hot days / evenings. Took a little while to find where the key lockbox was located..

The caravan is located in a quiet part of the main park, which is was heavily. Inside the caravan was perfectly clean, almost like a show van.

Bathroom lock was temperamental, But this didn’t bother us.

"Delightful, relaxing break in Selsey."

Lovely clean, spacious caravan, great location, close to fields, short walk to the park, playground, dog field, food vendors. About a 15 minutes pleasant walk to the beach. Superb host communication. We had a wonderful relaxing stay.

"Lovely, clean caravan in a great quiet spot"

Lovely clean and good sized caravan in a great quiet position The dog walking area was great to have very nearby too. Great walks nearby to the sea and countryside. Alot of things were onsite to eat and to do but can't comment on as didn't use them apart from Box fish was a good takeaway but Dens in the high street was a bit greasy All in all, a lovely break away with the Paul making it very smooth. Great to have towels and cleaning bits too so didn't need to pack these items.

It would have been great to have some kind of bedside lights in the main bedroom and a small hairdryer but not essential for a great holiday just food for thought as was a lovely caravan as said above

Caravan well equipped. Comfortable beds and good quality bedding. Everything supplied for a wonderful break

Socket missing in main bedroom by bed. Remedied with extension lead.
