Parking abit far on opposite building for cheaper rate

1. Comfortable room with beautiful view of The River Cruise. 2.The location is good as it is very near the Melaka River Cruise. 3.The room is clean. 4. Good drinking water supply as the room has Cuckoo hot and cold water purifier.

Two major concern about the room, 1. Broken tiles on the floor which was covered up by carpet. Dangerous to walk over the area. 2. Sofa bed which does not have foam in a few spots, can't sit nor sleep on it. It's worn out. Other wise, it is a good apartment.

Parking not at the same building. Gym was too inadequate, only one treadmill and nothing else that I can use.

Clean and spacious. The shower pressure and temperature are really good; can adjust to your liking

It’s close by the maleka river which has nice view. Also the apartment is very tidy with lots of sleeping options. Everything works fine.

The touch-less keypad operated door is a headache to use.
