Everything else was okay and quite nice, host are very helpful and we check in 30 minutes earlier than check in time but when I entered the room, there was a musty, unpleasant smell like dampness. The smell was even stronger around the sink area.

No parking provided. The room deco advertised not as an actual room.

The swimming pool is conveniently located right next to the room, allowing children to enjoy it easily and peacefully.

From the moment I entered the room, there was a very strong unpleasant smell, which appeared to be coming from a clogged sink. A guest’s first impression upon entering a room should be a clean and fresh scent; however, the odor was overwhelming. I even purchased an air freshener, but it did not eliminate the smell. The toilet also had a very strong odor, and the sink near the shower area was clogged. In addition, the curtains were extremely dirty and looked as though they had not been cleaned or replaced for a very long time. There were cobwebs in the room, the floor felt sticky, and the outdoor table had not been wiped at all, with visible food residue remaining. Overall, the room was in an extremely unhygienic condition. I was also very uncomfortable and unable to sleep properly, as this was my first experience staying in a hotel room where lizards were present. This experience was very disappointing and does not reflect the standard expected of a hotel. I hope the management will take this matter seriously and take immediate action to improve cleanliness and maintenance. Thank you
