El apartamento está bien, es grande y bien amueblado, tiene utensilios suficientes en la cocina, pero le falta el microondas. La ubicación es buena, se puede ir andando casi a todos los sitios y el wifi es bueno.

No tiene microondas, hay que utilizar el horno que está muy sucio. Las duchas no están cerradas por lo que se llenaba todo el baño de agua y solo había gel en uno de ellos, en el otro había que utilizar jabón de manos. La limpieza no era muy buena, además del horno que estaba muy sucio, encontramos un tampón y unas bragas debajo de la cama.

What a beautiful apartment this was! It was a perfect location for us to head out and walk around Helsinki. There were 5 of us and we loved that there was an elevator in the building to get our luggage upstairs more easily! The beds were very comfortable and the living area large and well suited to our needs. We were able to make meals in the kitchen and loved that there was even a wine fridge! But one of the most wonderful parts of our stay here was the larger of the two bathrooms - it truly was a spa, as advertised. The sauna accommodated all of us, and we loved the hot tub/ jacuzzi. Both bathrooms in the unit had heated floors and it was luxurious. The showers were great in both bathrooms and we were really thankful to have a washer/dryer. The hosts were generous and included shampoo, conditioner, and lotion as well as laundry detergent for our use. There was a lovely courtyard outside for us to use, too. What a lovely place! We hope to stay here again some day.

Nothing, it was an awful apartment, we had to leave after one of our three booked nights because of safety issues with a door falling off the hinges and complete lack of basic comfort such as enough sheets or towels

Safety issues, lack of basic facilities, poor service, lack of cleanliness, it was an awful experience, the service is only remote using text messages through this platform and they refused to resolve the problems while we were there We checked out after one night, letting the host company know we were cancelling the remaining two nights and had to book a hotel in the area. We ended up very out of pocket, we asked for a refund of the two cancelled nights, they said no, then we asked for the price of our hotel instead (which was much less than the two cancelled nights), they said no, they gave us a token refund of €177.36 of €1,182.40 which meant we were very out of pocket, and each of their emails said: "thank you for your understanding". It was an expensive disaster. It is true that there are some luxuries here such as two sinks in one of the two bathrooms and the wine cooler but who needs things like that when you are worried about a door falling on top of you and there aren't enough sheets or towels.
