The caravan had everything we needed and was very clean.

No Internet was a bit of an issue but we managed. We were made aware though. The tv could have had more channels.

Their was NO User Manual for the Fire, no User Manual for the Cooker. This could be construed as dangerous for the User. We were NEVER told that the Key Safe was ON THE SIDE OF THE CARAVAN DOOR!. Consequently we spent some time trying to figure out where to look for the Key. ALL of your details sent over the Web by Email could NOT BE PRINTED. EVERY Email only printed the First Page and ALL OTHER PAGES WERE BLANK! NOT A LOT OF GOOD WHEN YOU NEED THAT INFORMATION! I have never had that happen before, and I am a Retired IT CONSULTANT! It might be worth taking a good look at your Website.

"I definitely would not recommend"

Close to beach.

This was honestly the worst place I have ever stayed, the carpet was covered in stains, one of the dining room chairs had been used to put a random fridge on, even though there was a fridge freezer built in. The fire did not work. The cleanliness was questionable! We booked from a Monday to Saturday, we got there at 4:15pm on the Monday, and we had left by lunchtime Tuesday. Very very disappointed and over £300 out of pocket. Would not recommend at all. Just wish I had thought to take some photos to show how awful it was, but I spent the first and only night there in tears as it was so disappointing.
