Lovely 4 Berth Chalet At Cedar Springs Park In Heacham, Norfolk Ref 92031Cs

The area and the site owner was extremely helpful

The chalet was in need of decorating and a deep clean

I like the ease of checking in and out

Crockery & cutlery were dirty .... dirty floor in lounge area and under both beds ... cobwebs and long grass outside on decking not even been swept ... no mop to be able to clean the floor ... dustbin at the back of the chalet full to the brim ... saw a rat one evening ...

Quiet and cosy

The shower was poor Many lights did not work

I liked the quiet location. Chalet had been modernised to a good standard. Plenty of information left in chalet.

With 12 year old there was no facilities without going further afield. The chalet smelt musty and not as clean as I would like. Black insects/grit not sure which in the shower. Top of ocen not clean and garden table & furniture had to be cleaned before we could sit outside.

Location

No hot water, one cold tap in the bathroom and the hot water in the kitchen was Luke warm. Toilet seat broken. Living room light switch broken. Animal excrement on living room carpet. Cleaning poor. Worst place I have stayed.

Could have done with a better clean some things like cobwebs dust and the windows needed cleaning One of the bedrooms is very cramped The shower is tiny and bathroom was dirty behind units and mould in shower Blinds in rooms are useless In an area with no signal WiFi would be an advantage
