House is big and clean, nice layout, service was good

Once we enter to the atlantis residence we dont have the access card inside the letter box we waited for 1hour+ its not easy to wait with kids we travelled from penang to melaka ....no proper response from the person incharge our booking date was on 7th march we reached 8th march .... atleast you should keep the card because we already paid .. And the house is not clean very dirty condition due to last minute house keeping ...wet floor....in the balcony there's cigarettes ash...behind the door got someone's used towel...inside the kitchen sink got rubbish....at the cushion and kids play area and also bedsheets there's a blood stain....and theres no proper reason.. Veryyyyyyyyy poor service

If possible, can you put lamps at the mirror. It gets dark there without the lighting assistance.

Saya sangat suka penginapan ini, especially apartment dia yang sangat selesa dan bersih. Ruang dia luas, sesuai untuk rehat dengan tenang lepas seharian berjalan. Pemandangan dari apartment pun cantik, memang beri suasana yang relaxing. Ini antara tempat yang saya paling enjoy sepanjang. Saya sangat mengesyorkan penginapan ini kepada sesiapa yang mencari tempat yang selesa dan lengkap! Apartment ini mempunyai swimming pool yang besar dan sangat menarik, serta pemandangan laut yang cantik yang pasti buat anda rasa tenang dan relax.terdapat kumadahan untuk anak2 bermain didalam sangat2 menyeronokan,Lokasinya juga sangat strategik kerana dekat dengan bandar, jadi mudah untuk ke mana-mana. Kemudahan yang disediakan memang lengkap, termasuk dapur dan ruang BBQ yang memudahkan untuk memasak dan luangkan masa bersama keluarga atau rakan-rakan. Yang paling saya hargai adalah layanan owner yang sangat baik dan responsif—memang banyak membantu sepanjang penginapan. Secara keseluruhan, ini adalah tempat yang sangat berbaloi dan pasti akan membuatkan anda ingin datang lagi!
