"Worse holiday ever .Even tho they offered to send a cleaner we just wanted to go home so we cut the holiday short"

Dirty .cigarette ends all over the front of the property smelly food in the fridge and blood spots on one of the pillows.

The arcades was good and hemsby beach was nice

The chalet was really dirty there was a snail on ceiling in the bathroom it was extremely dusty and there was cobwebs in the cupboards all over the pots and pans, the beds was stained and it had a very bad smell in there I would not recommend it to anyone, my friend also had a chalet on the same site and hers was lovely very clean and spacious and she paid less then i did i was very disappointed with mine you have to put your own electric on and clean it all when you get there didn't feel like a holiday at all.

"Was a great little get away just a few minor issues"

The location was great and was a nice modern property with free Wi-Fi and games for the children which was great

Small issues just as he hoover made more mess and didn’t clean, needed a bath mat as the floor was slippery when getting out the bath or shower, had 2 showers 1 didn’t work, and as it’s a property for 5 people need bigger pots and pans as wasn’t adequate for a family of five

All good, all easy. Host good, property good. No issues.

Not an accommodation issue BUT a site issue, bit surprised the reception office on site has "been closed for 2 years as has the pool". (we were told) Supermarket's ok but closes earlyish.

Clean carpets and good tv

Lots of spiders, beds are uncomfortable, no fans/air con. Shower was cold, bath was not very clean. Only 10p electric left on the metre.
