Private Guest House 2 bedrooms & 2 baths near Grace Bay Beach & Long Bay Beach.

Bryan is an excellent host - very responsive and polite. The house is very well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies, maps, magazines, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkleing equipment, etc. It was very clean and felt incredibly welcoming. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house is in a great location close to beaches, the Marina (where we took the ferry to North and Middle Caicos), and stores. You need a car to move around.

There's nothing to add here. We liked everything!

The house was very well stocked with cooking equipment and spices. The beds were comfortable. Ceiling fans and individual ac units allowed for adaptable comfort. The front porch was garden-like and great for morning coffee (use bug spray for mosquitoes). The back porch had a nice table for lunches. Washer, dryer, clothes lines, grill, and plenty of beach gear included. There are lots of board games and TV in the main as well as both bedrooms (but we hardly watched it). The biggest plus was Bryan as a very responsive host. He had another jug of water delivered within an hour of my request. I drank tap water without any issues. He also answered any questions I had. The place is attached to a one-bedroom unit and was very quiet. It's away from the resort feel, which is absolutely my preference.

You will need a car. It's only 5 minutes from sunset beach, but not a walkable neighborhood.

Great location. Well equipped with everything you need from beach chairs and sun umbrella to snorkeling gear and sand toys for our kids. Very easy communication with the host. Just wonderful!

Great place, spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you can think ofnot only in the fully stocked kitchen but also with sports and beach equipment and lots more. I loved the location of being in a neighborhood versus “hotel row”, and a short distance to the golf course, restaurants and beaches. We loved how amazingly stocked the house is … we wanted for nothing!! Very cute guest house and so clean! Beds and linens were perfect! The lighting and electrical outlets for phones and reading lights are excellent.

Not sure why the shutters that block the views out … such pretty gardens and plants.
