Fantastic property within 15 minutes of St George's Park. If we make the finals again - we'll be back!

Spacious accommodation with all the basic essentials for a comfortable stay

Kitchen only had basic cooking equipment and could do with extras such as baking trays, more side plates, glasses, etc. A bit of confusion about how to access the property as parking and entrance is through the back door but Google maps was trying to take us to the front of the property which is a footpath and not a road.

Location perfect for us, as attending an event close by. Plenty of space to relax and spend time when away from the event.

The sofas look great but aren't very comfortable. Three of us in our 50's struggled with them as they are lower than standard

Decor, but alot of dents and holes to be repaired. Supplies were good. The actual shower was good. Living room small but comfy.

The outside approach is very off-putting. Also the garden looks awful, needs tidying and updating. Only parking on street. Bath panel broken.lots of holes and dents in the walls. After repairs and garden could be a good property.

The property was clean, good location for what we needed, parking on street and access instructions were clear. Once engineer had sorted heating and switched on hot water it was better.

It was NOT COSY! Having adequate working heating (which a guest can adjust with a thermostat) and hot water to all hand wash facilities is basic provision for any accommodation. Discovered when we arrived that the heating had no thermostat, the upstairs was cold and downstairs radiators barely warm. There were no instructions on how to turn up heating from boiler and phone call to host did not resolve the issue so we had no heating over-night. Discovered that hot water to sink in upstairs toilet had been valved off. It was sub-zero outside and became very cold inside overnight. It took 24 hours for the issues with heating and hot water to be resolved. The host called out an engineer who sorted it out. No heater or blankets supplied by the property, these were requested on first night due to very cold weather. The "Double bed" was 2 singles pushed together with a duvet over. This was supposed to be resolved by cleaner on day 2 but never happened. Porch was dangerously slippery due to water outflow from boiler and leak from roof.

The property is really nice, clean and modern. The host is really helpful and friendly.

Parking is a bit of a nightmare.
