"Good property close to city but can be noisy from pub opposite."

Very clean Great location close to supermarket and bus to city centre

Stairs too steep with very narrow treafs - unsuitable for elderly or reduced mobility Over the road from a very noisy pub garden

"Really great stay, great location, lovely house and perfect for what we needed."

It was ideal for us coming to visit family in Upton - great room for 2 adults and 2 children. Lovely bath for children and was easy to make ourselves comfortable.

All was good - to improve for children could include a stair gate due to steep stairs but this may not suit everyone. The back yard could have some tlc but ok for what we needed.

Location and home from home feeling

The decor was starting to look tired. Bathroom ceiling had flaking paint and the carpets need shampooed or replaced.

"great place to stay while visiting the wonderful city of Chester"

Lovely warm cottage excellent location very close to the supported living apartments where elderly relative lives

Stairs are very steep and I found the height of the bath difficult as I am quite vertically challenged person

The decor was lovely, it was lovely and clean. Lots of space! The staff were great with communication and everything was made clear regarding checking in and out.

That it was in the key safe

I was told dog bowls would be there so didn’t take any, but this isn’t a bad thing against everything else
