Communication with the host was very good before, during and after the stay, this was the most comprehensive detailing I have ever experienced - digital content, videos, appliance manuals, What3Words use, QR code, removable fire instructions, etc. The property was clean, towels and body wash was provided, along with dish washing liquid, tea, coffee, sachets of milk and biscuits. There was a fire blanket, fire spray can 'extinguisher' and 1st Aid kit in the kitchen. There is a washing machine in a cupboard under the stairs in the downstairs toilet.

The estate was easy to find, but the numbering didn't follow any pattern so it took a while to find the house (the host is going to add further instructions to his detailing) - this wasn't helped by the fact that as the estate is so new, the roads haven't been surfaced yet, so I was trying to avoid potholes and raised ironworks at the same time. The house faces out to the dual carriageway/ring road; it is also directly under the flight path to the airport and workmen are currently still digging/laying etc. - all of which I personally found to be quite noisy! Minor points but there were dishes on the drainboard when I checked in, some food items had been left in the cupboards, there was a stain on the carpet as you walked in, and some of the window blinds are either not working or completely missing. There was no hairdryer which is unusual. Although the property sleeps 4, there are only two dining chairs at a small table and there is no coffee/occasional table to place drinks on when sitting on the couch or chair.
