Location spacious apartment

Small hill up to apartment. More toilet rolls.

The property is in a really good location 5 minutes from the main road and 10 minutes to the harbour. It is a very spacious apartment that can sleep 4 easily and there is everything you need provided by the owners. There was even shampoo, shower gel etc and the living room sofa is very large and comfortable with tv including Netflix. There are 2 bathrooms and the garden terrace opens on to the pool which is really convenient. There is a full size wardrobe in each bedroom and one of the bathrooms has a bath which some people prefer. The water was very hot and the showers were powerful. I've stayed in a lot of apartments in benalmadena and this one is probably the best I've stayed in for space, comfort and location. I would absolutely stay here again.

There weren't any duvet covers in the twin room and duvets were needed at night. There isn't much sun on the terrace but this is fine as the gate opens on to the pool and there is plenty of sun there. I couldn't find where to put our bins in the property so we took them out to the ones on the road. We could have also done with bins in the bathrooms. Some of the doors did get stuck and needed a good push to open them (just incase anyone was elderly they could get stuck). The tv does need more instructions as you need to push the side buttons to source and then use the remove to confirm source 3 for Netflix. The WiFi code didn't work but when we contacted the owner we were u formed to scan the router which worked. This needs to be explained more.

Private pool

It’s was a ground floor apartment so it was perfect for access in and out of the pool. The location was ideal as it was a nice quiet area and 5 mins down the road were all the pubs and restaurants

No shop or bars near apartment

The apartment was spotless, had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which we didn't realise. Shower gel and shampoo, tea and coffee and a nice bottle of red wine left for us

The only slight thing was the uphill walk to the apartment but it got easier as the day went on

The location is excellent, and the place is very clean and secure.

We were on a family trip and I had specifically searched for a location with a pool. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that the pool was closed with no prior notification. We would have chosen different accommodation had we known, as the children were looking forward to swimming.

The support from the lady who gave us the keys, Carlota, was excellent. We somehow managed to lock ousrselves out of the apartment and one phonecall to Carlota and she turned up within an hour to let us back into the apartment. She was friendly and helpful, a great host. Tha apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. The apartment is in a gated area and felt very secure. It was 400 yards from the main road where there are plenty of bars, but despite this it was very quiet in the apartment.

There is quite a steep walk up to the apartment from the Los Porches area, this did not bother us because we are keen walkers but this could prove a problem for less mobile visitors.
