"Superb"

- beautifully maintained and quiet outside of city location - the on-site family who own the B and B are so warm and welcoming - lovely breakfast on terrace - we didn’t stay long enough to use pool, but would be the perfect place to relax and recharge

"The best B&B ever in Guidonia, Tivoli"

Loved everything, place was lovely, rural, quiet, only 4 rooms so exclusive. It was exremely picturesque and spotlessly clean. The family could not do enough to help us, ferrying us back and forth to town and the train station.

Nothing to dislike, your own transport would be helpful but the family happily ferry you back and forth.

The owners? Angels <3 Nicest and best service we've recieved in a while - topped most 5 star superior hotels we've resided at before. Cute dogs, family friendly and squeaky clean.

All good, but bed could have been just a tiny bit comfier :)

Everything was great. The hosts are amazing caring people, the house is super clean and has all amenities. Countryside views with hills and mountains are beautiful and peaceful. And there is no noise at all.

The platform with a bed on the second floor in the room with a kitchen was squicky, which could be an issue if you are a light sleeper. The 10 am check-out time is a bit too early.
