Lovely villa in a lovely location however it’s quite dated and there was a lot broken - TV remote, Bath, toilet seats x 2, toilet, kitchen drawer, umbrellas x2, all furniture in upstairs terrace. Owner aware of some of the issues when reported which means there was opportunity to fix them prior to arrival or notify us but didn’t. Would be an exceptional property with some investment to fix broken items

Everything was perfect.

This was the perfect villa for our group. We were a small hen do looking for some quiet time, fun and not in midst of banus. Perfect location, a little shop a couple minute walk down the road and only 10 minutes into banus with Ubers averaging at €12 a journey. So nice to have the beach a short walk away as well to watch sunrise.

It’s a big, spacious house with a lively covered deck and private pool, which we enjoyed. The integral garage was great.

The neighbour is completing a big renovation of their villa. Loud power tools and shouting voices all week long ruined our stay and made us resentful of the price. The kitchen is very tired and not well equipped.

Beautiful property loads of space and very comfortable would recommend to all. Very near the beach where you can see Spain, Gibraltar and Morocco in one view. Host was exceptionally helpful. Don’t miss out on this one it’s a good one. Weather was beautiful also and that was in December.

Nothing it was a great place

The pool was amazing! As a family we spent so much time in there. The luxury of everyone getting in on a lovely warm evening and having a laugh, fun. The place was amazing. The location right next to the beach was outstanding. We watched sunrise with a coffee and sunset from the beach with a bottle of wine. No moving on to the hosts………. WOW!! What an amazing and fantastic couple Isabell and her husband are. They literally saved our holiday!!! I got an insect bite that got infected and started to travel up my arm. I walked for miles on day 3 only to find all pharmacies closed due to a public holiday. I messaged Isabell for advice and they drove straight down and picked me up to take me to get antibiotics. The next day the infection had receded. Another 24 hours I would have probably very well had been in hospital. Simply amazing beautiful people with an unbelievable home/villa to share. Just unbelievable memories, thank you so much.

Absolutely nothing!!

Had a great stay at Banus 10 for a girls trip away. Absolutely beautiful villa! Very spacious, plenty of rooms and very comfortable beds! A stunning garden and pool- equipped with floats, plenty of sunbeds, lounge areas and a BBQ. There’s a play area for children so ideal for families. Stunning dining/ lounge area with TV access to netflix. The kitchen was equipped with items such as cuttlery, tea, coffee, ice cubes and many more suplies. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer also, with washing products supplied. Would highly recommend downloading Bolt or Uber app to pre book taxis if leaving the villa on the evenings, as you’re not always guarented to book one as soon as you’d like. Isabelle and her husband were very welcoming and helpful to us- easily contactable for any queries or help. Would highly recommend staying in this villa with friends or families.

Fabulous and very spacious villa, not overlooked at all and we loved it and would happily return. Beautiful grounds and pool and we pretty much lived outside, using the BBQ and veranda seating and enjoying the view of the pool. So much space inside the villa to enjoy but we mostly wanted to take advantage of the glorious weather and dined outside each morning and evening. The host, Isabel was very helpful and we had great communication. Villa is just a stones throw from the beach too. I’d highly recommend downloading the Bolt (like Uber) app, which we used for trips out to Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella. Very reasonable and if you don’t hire a car. There are bus stops either side of the main road by footbridge, but they can be a bit hit and miss and get very busy and full, so don’t always stop. Over the road in Cancelada is a pharmacy, some restaurants and shops and a lovely little bar near the post office that has amazing views of the mountains and offers a cool breeze and shade on a hot day. About 200 yards straight across from the villa is Lisa’s shop. Amazing shop and bakery that we visited daily for our essentials. There is a Lidl and local supermarket a bit further down the main road. It is walkable but we only went once and then just used Lisa’s shop. We also downloaded the Glovo app (like Just Eat/ Deliveroo) which was great for a few takeaways on nights we got back late and didn’t want to cook. Barraka beach bar is also a few hundred yards from villa and is a great option for lunch or dinner with a sea view. They do a great Greek salad there. The blue sun loungers in front of the restaurant are free but the wooden and padded ones are €20 for the day each. Great boardwalk for morning and evening strolls and to sample more bars or restaurants either direction from the beach. One of our party walked to Estepona and back one day and then Puerto Banus the next. Really fab location and superb villa.

The location was perfect, and central to everything we needed / wanted to see whilst on our trip. The villa was beautiful and cannot fault in any way.
