Botanical 21

Excellent service and cleanliness, attentive staff, convenient location

It's our secont time at Botanical,21 and we'd definitely stay here again. The owner is nice, as well as all the staff here. It was precious to enjoy this level of comfort after a week rafting trip - free laundry, iron right in the room, well-equipped kitchen, etc. What I also like about this place - a perfect walking route to the waterfall just near the old sulfur baths.

Our appartment was on the ground floor - so, it has no view and no direct acces to the cozy patio. It is still OK for that price. Maybe, needed some more fresh air/ventilation at night.

The location was great, walking distance to main attractions for tourists. Numerous nice restaurants around to eat. Highly recommend this location.

For taxis to drive up to the apartment a gate was needed to be opened every time but it was easy because the keys included the gate opener. Only upon the arrival to the apartment it was necessary to text/call the owner to allow the taxi enter the closed area to avoid pulling the luggage up the hill.
