Everything was excellent!

The owner is kind, very responsive. The location is excellent, easy to find. The room is spacious, warm, equipped with the necessary things, the beds are comfortable. This part of the city is very interesting.

The room does not have enough daylight, but if you have come to enjoy the city and not spend time in the accommodation, it is excellent. The other apartments, on the higher floors, have much more daylight.

The apartment was really nice, there was a laundry service from the housekeeper who runs the place for the manager / host. She was friendly and gave me a laundry service. The location was great for me but it is up a hill so might not be for everyone, but I had no problem going back up twice a day at least. It was very safe and secure. Tbilisi was great and this was a great place to begin my adventure. It was not complicated to meet and collect keys or checkout. I did really like the apartment.

There was no washing machine as the advert suggested but when I asked, the host offered me the laundry service so you must justask. It was returned washed and dried, thank you. I did not meet the host, arrival was done through the taxi-driver who met me, transferred me and let me in and gave me keys, but I did speak to the host on the phone and he was friendly.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The place was very tidy and cozy. I truly appreciate the great service. Thank you!
