"Update the pictures to show what this REALLY is"

The location was fine. The pictures looked great...

They sent the wrong code to get in...Wasn't clean. Rings in the sink next to a cockroach were red flags when we first got there. A dirty sock was on the dining room chair. Beds are cute but uncomfortable. The couch is very small and doesn't recline. Tiny tv. Jets are weak in the hot tub. Stairs were so steep the dog couldn't climb them. She's 2.. not old. The bottom of the staircase juts out far, and both of us hit toes. He broke his. It's overall extremely disappointing. The swing and large looking property are 2 of the reasons I booked it. There is no swing. There's no property. I asked how to fix the wifi to stream but never got an answer. I asked if checkout was noon. Also, there was no answer.

"Barn Haus"

The barn haus was nice & clean. We loved the decor. Hot tub was nice & relaxing. We love coming to Fredericksburg to shop & eat. Would definitely come back.

The wifi keep going on & off. Other than that everything was perfect.

Lovely Modern barn feel. Beds comfortable, clean and homely

Needed more kitchen items like frypan or tray for oven. Otherwise nice kitchen. If property ready earlier would be nice to have opportunity to check in before 4pm. 4pm for a check in, 2pm would be more reasonable
