Appartamento la vigna

Limpio, tal cual se ve en las fotos, sobra para una persona sola. Auto check-in muy cómodo. El dueño comunicativo y accesible.

El entorno da un poco de mal rollo y cuidado con dónde aparcas el coche. Estaba de turismo en el centro de Catania y tuve que venir corriendo de inmediato al alojamiento a mover mi coche de sitio porque al dueño se le quejó un vecino de que mi coche no se podía aparcar en ese sitio, cuando no había ninguna señalización que lo indicara. El dueño ni me pidió disculpas y fue bastante seco. Fue bastante incómodo.

It was a very nice place, very modern and pretty. I found some short dark hair there, so you might want to improve the cleaning, but it didn't bother me much. Also the place is a bit difficult to find (or my taxi had a small problem) but I managed. I liked that the owner sent me info and videos of how to get in, so that was great. You'll have to pay a tourist tax 2 euros that is not included in the price, so be ready for that.

Erg aangename plek. Prijs / Kwaliteit t.o.v. het centrum, is echt geweldig. Voordeel: gratis parkeren op straat. Mooi gerenoveerde kamer, van alle gemakken voorzien. Als ik weer naar Sicilië, Catania kom, boek ik zeker opnieuw.

Wat miscommunicatie over toeristenbelasting, maar vriendelijk opgelost.

Early check in was possible, there were coffee capsules, some biscuits and croissants. Everything was very clean. The big highlight is the shower, amazing, it even offers you a back massage.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning is not air conditioning, it is just ventilation and quite noisy. In the scorching summer heat, it wasn't enough. I couldn't sleep because of the heat. I believe this would be the only point to improve.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit toller Ausstattung. Teilweise wie in einem Hotel. Man merkt, dass sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben wird! Die Betreiberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Die Lage war etwas abgelegen und es ist nicht einfach zu finden. Ebenfalls muss man wissen, dass der Strom für Licht und Klimaanlage nur über den Schlüsseltransponder aktiviert werden kann. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten:)

Struttura appena aperta. Posto silenzioso. Molto pulito e profumato. Salvatore non mi ha fatto mancare nulla. A 20 minuti a piedi dal duomo.
