Location suited us perfectly as we spent the day in town shopping. We loved Greytown and will be back. We loved the decor. ANd we were warm. Did not need to bring our fluffy bathrobes afterall.

Heated towel rail or even a towel rail might be worth a look at installing. And a desktop hotplate - although we did not need it - but may be good for those that cannot afford the budget to eat out every meal. The gap between the stairs outside as you walk up to the door. As the door opens outwards there is not much of room for yourself and a suitcase while opening the door. As we arrived in the dark, I stepped to the left side to open the door my foot/leg nearly slipped down in between that gap. Luckly I was caught in time Had I fallen it would not have been a good outcome. :)

All was great.

The location in the CBD was superb, and the lounge areas were very comfortable and light filled. Parking at the doorstep of the accommodation was a plus and is included in the price. Ange the owner was lovely.

The bathroom was well below par for an accommodation of this price and the TV needs updating, as it was obvious previous guests attempted to add other channels eg: through their Sky Go or Netflix and when leaving deleted all the log ins, including the ability to view regular freeview channels 1, 2 and 3
