The overall setup was quite nice. The environment was very much peaceful during the day, which was good. It had everything we needed for our stay.

Just the noise, during the night at the garage behind the building... I believe it was a generator or something.

I loved the set up and how it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay which probably wouldn’t have been as convenient in a hotel.

This was more of a personal preference of probably a location a bit more isolated and not in a busy area. BUT at the same time the location was conveniently close to most of the places we wanted to go to. Also I would’ve liked to have more towels in the bathrooms.

Location of the property is great, centrally located for easy access to UCT and the City, There are a host of lovely quaint places to eat within walking distance. There is a shopping mall close by for convenience

With specific reference to our stay - the property elevator was out of service, lucky the unit is located on the second floor so wasn't too bad to access the unit.

Mr Khumalo was really kind and helped us with our luggage to the apartment. The place was really clean, well kept and the security team was dry kind. The property owners were also kind throughout the stay and they were quick to assist us with any questions we had!

The property is centrally located and easy to locate

The views are horrible. The room we were at overlooked the back of a garage and the hospital. The garage was so dirty and no pleasant to open into the balcony.

Very pleasant apartment ideal for a few days stay. On a number of “issues” response from owner/agents was very quick and attentive.

Firstly, during load shedding there was no inverter (so no power or internet during power outages) but even worse there were two diesel power generators within 20 metres of the apartment windows which had to be open as there was no air conditioning. Secondly, a non working oven and two chairs with protruding nails are not what you would expect to find.
