So comfortable a lovely stay

Very comfortable, had everything you could possibly need. We only stayed for one night but we were very comfortable and warm (a must in Dec!), nice bed and two bathrooms which is ideal when there are more of you. Great location for the beach. 5 min drive into Rye which is lovely with great cafes & restaurants. Very good communication with the owner.

Right next to the road, at this time of the year it wasn't busy so not a problem but I can imagine in the summer it would be quite noisy. We went to visit friends so didn't take food etc but would've been nice to have a small bit of milk provided just for tea/coffee etc (even if its just the UHT stuff).

Comfortable stay, everything was perfect. Friendly host. Big bed, warm and cozy. You have everything you need. Close to all the attractions we wanted to visit such Bodiam castle, zoo port Lympne and wingham, Ashford designer outlet, and Dover.

Absolutely stunning accommodation! The owner really has gone above and beyond. Best one we have stayed in fkr a very long time and would love to return again one day. Owner polite, informative and has thought about every aspect of your stay. It is beautifully decorated , clean and the sofa is incredibly comfortable! The electric log burner is a fantastic addition too. WiFi brilliant along with the smart TV, and we were very impressed that it has a washer/dryer, dishwasher and even a ninja airfryer! Top ratings from us!

No complaints at all where the accommodation is concerned. The entertainment hub passes are a little pricey and after buying 4 we weren't asked for them once which is typical! The bar gets busy, as expected, and also a little more pricey than I remember..£6.80 for a pint of Guinness for example , but wouldn't stop us going again, especially as Beachwood 21 is outstanding.
