"It was lovely although it could have been much cleaner!"

Frinton-on-Sea is on the beach. Views are amazing. Easy access to small beaches around and easy to go out and take quick walks. Location is 10/10.

We were promised bath towels and on arrival there was nothing. We checked in on a Saturday and after phoning the booking agent, they expected us to wait until Monday and use our beach towels in the meantime. The place wasn't clean on arrival. All dishes taken out of the cupboards had some sort of food or oil on it. The domestic came in Monday to Friday, although I have put on the dish washer daily, the 1 or 2 things she had to wash was still dirty. The Sunlight Liquid was diluted.... Mop was so dirty the whole house smelled like a wet dog after she mopped. In general, although the place was great, the fact that it wasn't clean was a big turn off.

"Excellent place to stay."

The property is great. Very clean and spacious. Well situated aswell.

No back up inverter or security so during the power outage it was scary.

The location with direct access to the board walk to take a walk

Unfortunately our stay was met with 10 hour electrical maintenance in the area so no power from 08h00 to 17h00 and then it was load shedding again from 19h00 to 21h00 - so we died mostly as it was a hot daily wind and high humidity. At least the aircons were wonderful when eventually we could use them for bedtime :)
