"Bad customer relations!"

The place is okay. The bed is comfortable

The attitude. The agent that replied to me was snobbish. Was very strict in terms of taking care of the place and made a big fuss of the white bedsheets. So i snapped photos of of the dust from the ceiling fan on the bed and other things around the apartment to show the place is substandard. I would have settled for a simple acknowledgment and apology. But no, i was offered to either leave (minus full refund) or to stay and complain to Booking.com. Talk about customer relations...

The location of the property is excellent as it is near MBSA, making it very convenient for me to attend my event. The furniture provided was also okay and sufficient for my needs.

The cleanliness of the property was a major disappointment. As I approached the gate, there was already a strong, unpleasant smell. Once inside the apartment, I noticed a lot of small cockroaches crawling around, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues to improve the overall experience for guests.
