Appartement was very clean and cosy. Kitchen very nice with everything you need to prepare the food. The city centre in 15 minutes walk with a kid. The host very nice and always at service. We hope to come again 😁

The place is modern and is located close to the Center. The beds are large and very cosy.There was a lot of space and many wardrobes plus cupboards wit all the facilities needed.The hostess is smiley. When we asked her to leave our sacks AROUND 12:40 (before check-in ) , she agreed but afterwords messaged us that if we would be later than 12:40 , it will be locked. Luckily , we arrived at 12:38 :/…

The young hostess did not want to speak English at all., even “yes” and “ no” were not used . Conversation on the phone was not working. We were made to write and use electronic translation. The door was not provided with a mosquito stopping net. There was nothing in the property to even kill them. Check-in is too late: 15:00, especially having in mind that check-out is too early: 10:00. Breakfast is 2 bottles of soda , a few packed desserts,dried bread, some packed doses of chocolate and jam, some pasta plus coffee and tea. There was a bottle of milk that was already open. There wasn’t a soap in the kitchen and the one in the bathroom finished within 24 hours. There was no balconi and it was very noisy.

The place was chic and comfy and the location is close to many attractions. The host does not speak English but able to communicate via Booking.com app in English.

Late check out option but I understand we were not accommodated due to peak season. Sound proofing can be improved a bit. We were located on the first floor and we can hear the cars and garbage collections outside.

Very well presented with everything needed for a short break. A great pizzeria just across the road - La Lanterna Verde.

This was not an issue for us but might be for light sleepers. The traffic can be heard when trying to sleep.

The apartment is renovated and well equipped, quite clean. It is centrally located, close to shops, restaurants, etc. The apartment is well connected by public transport, there is a paid public parking nearby.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a corner house, at street/road level. Its walls are made of glass windows with milk glass, separating you from the street. There are also curtains. It is therefore a very noisy accommodation where you cannot sleep in peace. You always have the impression of being right on the street. The host doesn't speak English, he only communicates with you in Italian. So we could not ask any questions, which is uncomfortable for a foreigner in a foreign city. The only information given in writing in advance about the parking price of 4 Euros per day was incorrect, the price was 5,50 Euros per day, The accommodation does offer "breakfast", but this only takes the form of 2 coffee capsules and vacuum packed croissants and biscuits, marmalade. I would prefer to replace such a "breakfast" with a tip on the cafe bar, which is across the road. There you can have coffee and fresh pastries. It was the worst of the 3 accommodations we used in Puglia.

Place is after renovation, clean and tasteful arranged. Coffee machine.

Noise via windows and issue with electricity (ejecting electric plugs when heating and thermal work in the same time)
