The location and what I got for value for money, as I chose this as a place to sleep before departing the Philippines the next day. It was cosy and comfortable. Hot shower too, which isn't always a given in the Philippines. Also, the host of the apartment met me to give me the keys and explained the check out process and explained the small but manageable quirks about the condo very clearly, which left a good impression. The ground floor staff were good too.

There's nothing I didn't like, it met my expectations.
