It was a cosy apartment. The bed was comfortable. Had a nice welcome basket on the table for us. The staff responded quickly and were cooperative.

•The location was pretty bad. Bins all over the street. •Had to call the staff because we weren't provided with a code to put the bin away. Only to be told to leave it in the accomodation. •marks over a lot of the walls. •the one lamp in the bedroom was on the verge of falling off the wall •one remote had no batteries and the one with batteries didn't' work... •hairs over the bathroom floor upon arrival- leads me to believe this place either wasn't cleaned or it was cleaned very poorly. {Couldn't attach photos for some reason}

Stopped at West Grove many times always clean warm and comfortable

Please get a light above the front door it's hard to operate the key box in the dark

The apartment was nice well equipped and the bed very comfortable

There were no instructions on how to use anything where to take the rubbish or how to get the tv to work I contacted the helpline on arrival as the heating would not come on after numerous calls and being told the owner had sorted it from his home there was still no heating eventually I found the boiler and it was turned off so the owner could not have done it from home. When I emptied the bin in the kitchen there was dirt and old food under the bag I did not use the bin again. The freezer compartment in the fridge was so badly iced up I could not get any food in it. I could go on and I did call the helpline again when the entrance/stair lighting was not working and I had to go up to the spy in the pitch black I would have thought you should have some sort of emergency lighting kick in.

Our plans changed due to a family member's hospitalization, so we knew we'd be staying in the flat considerably more time than we originally anticipated. The flat was spacious, updated regarding the decor and furnishings, extremely well appointed with all amenities needed, spotless when we arrived, and the hosts were very responsive to any questions we posed in a very timely manner. The location was perfect, being close to Cardiff's City Centre area, just within a few blocks and a short distance from a grocery store and coffee shops. I would gladly stay there again!

Only because of being unfamiliar with the combination washer/dryer, we had difficulty figuring out how to navigate the drying cycle "only" on the machine - despite following the machine's instructions perfectly. We even had a local family member help us to no avail and he had familiarity with these types of machines. Note, we didn't bother notifying the hosts about this; we just took our washing to our family's home to dry it properly. This was the only issue and it was no big deal.

Great location and spacious and well appointed. The interaction with stuff was really helpful.

It has everything we need: washing machine, kitchen, balcony and living room. It’s comfortable and affordable. The location is excellent. Not too far away or too near the CBD. Local restaurants and supermarkets are within 10-minute walking distance.

Not enough toilet paper and shower gel The main gate had some issue to open but was fixed during the rest of our stay.
