"not as big as in the offer"

the place is nicely furnished, well equiped. it is quiet and has a good heating system.

it was much smaller than the description of the offer (says 60m2 while it was not more than 35m2). I got allocated to the app on the 1st floor and the stairs are steep and narrow.

"Honestly would appreciate the money stolen from me."

I would like the cash stolen from me unknowingly and without my consent by your cleaning crew to return it back. It’s honestly pathetic that I have to keep calling the customer service to ask back for my money which was stolen and have my calls not answered is just poor. Honestly, worst place to stay at if this is how they treat customers after stealing from them.

Tiny little bit with the bed, it’s very soft. But for 2 night of stay nothing to complain.

It was modern , spotlessly clean. 10 mins walk from Town. Offered secure parking. Tim was professional, prompt & helpful.

Nothing ! The other guests in our part were loud into the early hours but these things happen and there’s nothing the host can do .
