The lady was lovely & v flexible regarding a late check in Great communication Very concerned about customer satisfaction I had to give some honest bad feedback & she was grateful for the information but devastated!

The smell Poor maintenance levels No toilet roll Poor door locks Dirty handrails Filthy carpets COUKD NOT STAY IN BEDROOM SMELLS So strong HAD TO STOP MYSELF VOMMITING 🤢 So sorry but I’d rather let her know than just walk out never to be seen again
