A nice apartment. Spotlessly clean. Quiet. All in all a nice place, but formulaic and lacking a bit in character. And how can they not have salt, pepper, oil and washing machine powder at the price they charge? I would still stay again. Especially if being close to center is important. Although I have also stayed at LimeHome, a bit away from the center, and it is very nice, brighter, and a better value.

No salt. No pepper. No oil. No washing powder. Far below world standards, especially as the price is high. Also a bit dark inside. The enclosed veranda is nice but needs chairs.

After two weeks it was quite luxurious, with my own bed and Netflix and all😁, in good location.

It is quite inpersonal, no conract with anyone, no possibillity to get 'sello'.

Mancano cassetti nelle camere o scaffali dentro agli armadi dove potere appoggiare biancheria ed efetti personali. Qualche volta è capitato che i codici per entrare nella struttura o nelle camere non funzionassero ma in breve tempo risolvono il problema.

Czystość i powierzchnia, możliwość meldunku o dowolnej porze.

Słaby kontakt z personelem. Kilkakrotnie prosiłam o przygotowanie osobnych łóżek ( w mieszkaniu były dwa pokoje, sypialnia i salon z sofą). Otrzymałam dwie osobne kołdry w sypialni. Na moje pytanie dlaczego nie uwzględniono moich próśb otrzymałam odpowiedź, że to są przecież osobne posłania. Brak wcześniejszej informacji o obowiązku posprzątania kuchni. Obiekt pobiera kaucje 100 eur i brak posprzątania kuchni skutkuje opłatą 70 eur. Do tego nie ma żadnej ściereczki.

Todo es magnífico en muebles, limpieza, elegancia, electrodomésticos y ubicación. Lo malo es que no hay quien te ayude si algo pasa.

Que el clima frío calor es regulado a distancia y por la empresa sin importar que haya una ola de calor tremenda en mayo ellos nada más activan el sistema de enfriamiento a partir del 15 de junio y por tanto en las noches me costó trabajo dormir sudando . Ha hecho mucho calor en Oviedo esta semana. Me he quejado al personal por whats app y se ve que la empresa no los deja resolver nada.

Einchecken war obermühsam, Codes erst nach Telefon vor Ort erhalten. Grössere Tassen und ein Wasserkocher wären kein Luxus.

Loved the location and it was beautifully styled. A very comfortable place to stay.

The check in system was a disaster. No communication from the managers despite several attempts so we didn't get the code to get in without a real effort. Seems a recurring issue. The fridge didn't keep food cool and there were bits of equipment needed like an iron and decent cups.
