Good location, good quality appartment

False advertising around number of beds available in the property. Property explicitly lists two beds as being included in the booking: one bed, and one sofa-bed. However, upon arrival, sheets are not available for the sofa-bed, unless customer pays 45 EUR additional service fee. This additional charge is not noted anywhere in the listing's page. When confronted on this point, the property points to a note in the confirmation email (after customer has already paid), that there may be an additional fee to use the sofa-bed, even though the sofa-bed is listed as included in the booking's description.

Well located in the centre of Oviedo

Couldn’t turn the heating off so the apartment was stuffy. Advertised as extra large double bed but was only a normal queen size.

El apartamento por limpieza, ubicación, calidad de las instalaciones, etc.

La interlocución, cada vez que llamé me atendieron personas distintas aunque todas fueron amables. Por otro lado, no me gustó que tuvieran un coste de 25 euros por noche las sábanas del sofá.
