Elegant 6 pax apartment in Plaza Eliptica - SM17

Equipe muito prestativa, nos foi passados todas as informações de Check-in, sempre atualizando as condições de hospedagem. Para fazer o check in foi super tranquilo. E o apartamento em sim, limpo, confortável, com todos os equipamentos funcionando perfeitamente. Boa localização, próximo de estação de metrô, perto de mercado, bar e restaurante.

We stayed 3 nights here, the apartment is so comfortable if you are just looking for a place to sleep at night, transportation was closeby and you could arrive in the center in 10-15mins, it is very good for the price we paid. It has everything an apartment needs. Everything was clean. Neighborhood is nice, residential and we did not see anything strange at all, which was good because we had a small child. Staff was amazing and available for any questions we had, which were not many because Francisco was very clear and informative.

I think the apartment needs smaller and less bright lights, they were very bright and gives the impression of an hospital, especially if you would like to read or something before sleeping. Also we had 1 toilet roll and a half for 6 people, we would have appreciated a few more. If these are not your concerns, then it is perfect!

Era acogedor y calentito. Hay una parada de metro cerca. No hay nada de ruido exterior.

Francisco. Muy frío, si le pedías información por ejemplo del metro . Nose. Cuando le pedí si podía dejarme un hueco para dos maletas que iba con niños pequeños. Me dijo que no . Que la gente contrata el apartamento un día antes para dejar las maletas,jaja. Y así varias cosas más. El baño un poco pequeño.

O espaço dos ambientes, a limpeza

Duas coisas no banheiro, primeiro que a porta do box não veda direito, então a cada banho o banheiro fica alagado, segundo que a porta do banheiro não fecha muito bem.

Very good access to the metro and a great petrol station near by.

The host sent us to a WRONG location so between trying to figure out where this one was, and then finding the right one 1,5 hours was wasted. The place in real was way SMALLER than in the pictures so for 5 people it was REALLY tight. A few SUGGESTIONS: a bigger kettle, a new cover for the couch, a few hooks (especially in the bathroom), cleaner duvets, and an English version of the contract.
