The property is located close to the University of Aberdeen which was perfect for us visiting our son. It was an easy walk (approx 15 mins) to the city centre and has good facilities close by - a very good coffee shop (Grub Life) on the corner.

The front door lock was very tricky to open - we happened to meet someone in our building who gave us some info on how best to wiggle the key to get it open and the hall, stairs & landing need some attention. Otherwise the apartment itself is very comfortable, a good size and nicely decorated.

Location was good. Flat was clean & tidy. Beds were comfy. Plenty linen & towels etc. Quiet neighbourhood. Close to the city centre & there are several shops, take aways and pubs close buy.

Parking is a lottery in the street outside the flat. There is parking round the back, but is a tad ambiguous as to whether you can use it or not. Sort the main door access Yale lock please, it sticks & jams. Possibly its just a poorly copied key or it's worn out. But please do something about it.

The furniture was ok.

Our stay was disappointing due to a major issue with the water supply. After just one person showered, the water completely cut off, leaving the rest of us without any water. There was no prior warning about needing to recharge the shower or boiler. Additionally, the sudden water loss, combined with the lights and switch not working, made it seem like there was a serious electrical problem. This happened at 1 AM, so we chose not to call but left a message instead. Also, there was no coffee or sugar provided; what was there seemed to have been used and not replenished. Please note that this is not a luxury stay—just a standard experience.

The flat is well finished and comfortable. It is in a quiet residential area but quite close to the town. We were at Aberdeen aquatics centre for swimming and this was an ideal base only a 10 min walk. Nice wee cafes nearby.

Everything was very clean and the appartment was really beatiful and comfortable and near coffee shops

It was a bit far away from the center and you have to pay for the car park in the street

With having a disability it was great to have a whole apartment. Felt like home from home. And everything is on your own schedule as opposed to having to be uo at a certain time for breakfast etc in a hotel. Was a quiet area and not far from centre of town. Apartment was beautifully decorated and having the ability to wash our clothes etc was great

We expected some cleaning amenities to be available. There was no dishwasher tablets or washing liquid etc and only 2 rolls of toilet roll so we went and bought things so we could keep the kitchen area clean when cooking etc we left our recycling and bin bag cause we weren't sure which bins were for that particular flat and didn't want to upset the neighbours so maybe you could make that more obvious some how. The only real downfall for us was that when I booked it said to pay on tbe day but it later transpired that the owners policy is 100% deposit and they were unsure how I managed to book and not pay anything. This we found out 2 days before due to travel. So my anxiety was through the roof. However we managed to get things sorted

Clean apartment in a very quiet area with views of the sea. Shops and local amenities close by. The rooms were lovely, double bedrooms upstairs were spacious and the single bedroom downstairs had enough space too. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven/stove top & fridge all new and worked well. The internet provided worked well. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend. Good value for money at the current rate per night for a family of 5.

Lots of room. Great amenities. Convenient to downtown.
