The building is undergoing renovation work inside. The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process. The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be at november in accordance with the protocols established by the property. IMPORTANT: This apartment is only available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Guests will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de metro Alvarado, tiene supermercados cercanos incluso uno que abre 24 horas. El apartamento limpio y cómodo. Nos hospedamos co mi familia (5 personas) y esruvimos muy bien

Coincidió con una semana de extremo calor en Madrid donde quisimos abrir las ventanas pero all dar el apartamento a la calle principal y ser la primera planta sobre un local de comida árabe en la noche se escuchaba mucha actividad hasta tarde, Con las ventanas cerradas no había problema. . Quizás si hubiese tomado un apartamento mejor que ofrecían hubiese sido diferente.

"Good location but awful app for door entry and broken air con on the first night meant a poor stay."

Clean and good location for shops and trains.

The phone app to unlock the doors to the property barely works. We were regularly stuck outside either the door to the building or the door to the property for around 5/10 minutes spamming the unlock button on the app until it eventually opened. The air con also didn't work on our first night so we had a very hot lack of sleep. To the host's credit, they were quick to reply to messages and sent out an engineer to fix the issue.

"O vacantă la superlativ"

Zona este foarte buna. Apartamentul este situat la ~ 5 minute de mers pe jos de stația de metrou. Zona este bună, există multe magazine în jur. Apartamentul este foarte curat si complet utilat, iar comunicarea cu proprietarii este foarte ușoară în caz de nevoie. Citiți cu atenție regulile casei din aplicație pentru a fi siguri că totul este ok. O alegere foarte bună.

Uneori mai apar probleme la deschiderea ușii prin aplicație, însă există un cod pentru a deschide ușa în astfel de situații. In rest, totul a fost super ok!
