First of all, let me say that we are very satisfied with the accommodation, and above all with the insight of the owner. the position of the accommodation is good, it is easy to find (at the beginning of the street there is a service for the sale of tires and rims). Parking is provided (that's why we chose the accommodation in the first place) and the information on how to find the accommodation and other information was sent by the owner on the day we arrived at the accommodation. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and is enough for three people, the kitchen is well equipped, as well as the bathroom (the instructions for turning on the water heater were described by the owner in the email he sent on the day of arrival). The air conditioner is good and quiet, and there is some noise around the building, but not too much. Even though the accommodation was booked from 15:00, we asked in the request that he provide us accommodation from 12:00 and he came out to meet our request (the owner promised that he would do his best and the keys were waiting for us in the locker when we arrived - together with the key for the parking lock). There are several places to buy food in the area, as well as several markets. The coast can also be reached on foot, but be prepared for a hike. Attached pictures are from the very entrance to the garage, where you also enter the building.Highly recommended and we will come again.

Balkona çıkış yatak odasında yer alıyordu ancak salonda ise pencere yoktu.

Relativ aproape de centru, un plus este existenta unui loc privat de parcare în curtea interioara a blocului, locul de parcare este o problema în Salonic. Curat, self checkin, toate utilitățile. Gazda răspunde Imediat la mesaje.

The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bathroom was modern and pleasant, and the apartment was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with most of Thessaloniki’s main attractions, restaurants, and waterfront areas within walking distance. The private parking space was also a significant advantage, allowing us to leave the car parked and explore the city on foot. The self check-in process was clearly explained and very easy to follow.

The apartment felt somewhat smaller than expected. The living room and kitchen area do not have a window or natural daylight, which may be a drawback for some guests. The bedroom is the only room with air conditioning, so cooling the living area where the sofa bed is located takes more time. The main downside was that the air conditioning operates only when the key card is inserted, making it impossible to cool the apartment while away. Personally, I would have preferred a slightly higher accommodation price without this restriction.

We would like to thank the hosts for a wonderful stay. The apartment is in an excellent location, close to the city center. Having our own dedicated parking space was a huge advantage, especially in Thessaloniki where parking can be difficult to find. It made our stay much more comfortable and stress-free. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this accommodation.
