Appartamento in zona tranquilla, a 15’ di passeggiata dal centro di KOS Town (rotonda dei delfini). L’ampia zona giorno dotata di TV Smart è perfetta per il relax post mare. Tutte le stanze sono climatizzate e sono presenti due grandi armadi. La lavatrice in bagno è ottima per lavare la biancheria per poi stenderla sul balcone.

Secondo piano senza ascensore, con scala interna scomoda per le valigie.

Good value for the money! Simple apartment, easy location and easy parking. The key collection is an easy self pick up and the neighbours are very friendly. We could wash and iron our close which was really handy!

The apartment is okay for the price but it has so much potential to improve. I would recommend the host to upgrade/renovate the place if possible and with that they can attract more customers and ask for more per night.

The rooms are spacious and have large closets. Air conditioners worked very well. The beds were comfortable.The apartment is a 20-minute walk from the center but close to the beach.

It's on a street with very heavy traffic, so we couldn't sit on the balcony. The mop left for cleaning was not "clean", we could not use it. Few forks were left, we felt the efficiency while cooking.

Neat and clean apartment. Great location and good value. Decent outside area which caught the sun quite well at times in the day. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of great bars and restaurants around .

Unfortunately shower did not have a wall attachment which made showering a little difficult. And the internet did not work very well.

Everything was really good. The apartment is beautiful and the location is perfect. The communication was quick and easy. I can highly recommend this place.

The location of the apartment (number 4, east oriented balcony - yard view, 2+1+1 rooms) is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minutes to the old town. Renewed recently, modern furniture, very spacious. Quiet neighbourhood, close to a supermarket. Air condition in every room. Fast wifi (watching streaming TV with no problems). Perfect communication with the owner (quick and accurate).

The kitchen is fully equipped but on the other hand there is a lack of basic utensils...
