It was about what we expected. There was free WiFi, the room was clean, no dust as far as we could see. There was a blanket and two mugs as well with quite a lot of space to put our stuff (closet, cupboard, table, shelves).

The bathroom sink was draining slowly, it was probably clogged. The wall in our bedroom looked damaged by water and we are not sure but there might have been mold on the wall. Nothing horrible but it's worth mentioning.

I was not sure of how to access the laundry services. That was my only concern.

Unfortunately, our experience with this property was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, communication with the host was practically nonexistent. Despite several phone calls made at different times, no one ever answered, which left us feeling completely unattended and unsupported during our stay. Even more frustrating was the misleading information in the listing. The ad stated that the accommodation included a kitchen and a television, neither of which were actually present. This misrepresentation significantly affected our plans and expectations. The room itself was very uncomfortable. There wasn’t even a simple fan, which made the heat unbearable at night. We could barely sleep. To make things worse, the bathroom had a persistent and unpleasant smell — strong odors that clearly hadn't been addressed properly. Overall, it felt like the host was completely absent and the property was advertised without honesty or care for guests’ basic comfort. I would not recommend staying here.

Infelizmente, nossa experiência com este alojamento foi muito decepcionante. Desde o início, a comunicação com o anfitrião foi praticamente inexistente. Ligamos várias vezes, em horários diferentes, e nunca fomos atendidos. Isso nos deixou completamente desamparados durante a estadia. O mais frustrante foi o anúncio enganoso. Na descrição dizia que havia cozinha e televisão, mas nada disso existia de fato. Isso prejudicou bastante nossos planos e criou uma expectativa que não se confirmou. O quarto era desconfortável. Não havia nem mesmo um ventilador simples, e o calor era insuportável à noite. Foi muito difícil conseguir dormir. Para piorar, o banheiro tinha um cheiro muito forte e desagradável — odores que claramente não foram tratados de forma adequada. No geral, tivemos a sensação de que o anfitrião estava completamente ausente e de que o anúncio foi feito sem compromisso com a honestidade nem com o mínimo de conforto para os hóspedes. Não recomendaria este lugar.

I stayed in a lovely room on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the street. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen has all needed appliances and utensils, it's a nice space to meet people but also has enough room to keep to yourself.

I contacted the host a couple of times asking for a key to a storage locker for my food in the kitchen, but never got one. The communication can be slow. The kitchen is cleaned three times a week and it can still get messy with many people using it, but it's not too bad.
