Wir fanden die Unterkunft benutzt vor. (Benutztes Bed, benutztes Geschirr im Waschbecken in der Küche, benutzten Handtuch im Bad) Der Betreiber über Airbnb nahm zwar unsere Beschwerde zur Kenntnis, unternahm aber keinerlei Anstrengungen uns eine Alternative anzubieten, noch die Wohnung säubern zulassen. Auch im Nachhinein verweigert Airbnb jede Aussage...

Because of the road works and one way streets, very difficult to find! The room was very spacious and minimalistic. Apart from the chairs at the table, no where to sit No bathmat and with the tiled bathroom, the floor was very dangerous

Nous avons récupéré un studio joli sous les toits mais pas propre( frigo sale, salle de bains avec des taches suspectes et plus grave, draps inchangés alors que le lit était fait). Nous avons été déplacés dans un studio propre mais avec un store cassé et ouvert, pas terrible pour un rdc. Uniquement 2 serviettes de bain, pas de savon dans la douche ni de tapis de douche. On a géré mais on aurait apprécié ce minimum pour 3 nuits sur place. La communication avec le concierge était Uniquement par message ce qui est dommageable quand vous avez un souci. J'ai du appelé la centrale.
