Comfortable home in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. Easy walk into town. Free parking. Perfect for our stay in Bath.

The view from the rear garden deck was spectacular. The house was very spacious. parking was easy.

Lovely clean and welcoming. Kitchen well equipped and nice spacious rooms. Cosy after a chilly day outside and really attentive hosts!

Great communication, lovely house. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It’s a little way from the city centre but this was just where we wanted to be.

Very spacious property tastefully decorated with nice finishing touches. Host was quick to respond to messages, looking forward to returning.

Location of property is great for bath sightseeing. Parking is no problem in the road outside and the bus goes from round the corner straight into the town centre. House is generally decorated and furnished nicely but there are some frustrating little things that do let it down but that could be fairly easily resolved.

1. Not enough cutlery and crockery for the size of property. Only 5 knives in total! No pint glasses and limited mugs. 2. ⁠Not enough seating in the lounge for the size of property. 1 2/3 seater sofa and an armchair and pouf. 3. ⁠Curtains/blinds in all bedrooms don’t fit the windows at all leaving big gaps at the bottom and middle meaning light shining in as soon as it’s dawn. 4. ⁠Shower is very small. Just about manageable but not comfortably. That said we had a nice stay and liked the location, but a few little tweaks would have made it much better.
