64 ZENJ HOUSE Luxury AIRPORT HOTEL

Zenj House is a wonderful B&B. The owner, Saleh, is extremely friendly and great to chat with. The room was large with a very big bathroom. The hotel as well as the room are extremely clean. The hotel provided an amazing English breakfast in the morning . They have a very nice pool for lounging in the afternoon. The WiFi is very fast and reliable. It’s a 10 minute drive from the airport so it’s very convenient, plus they provide a free shuttle depending on arrival times . It’s a 10-minute walk to the beach, which has a beautiful white sand beach. The neighborhood is very safe with many neighbor out in the evening . The hotel owner, Saleh, and I spent an evening sitting on the furniture outside the hotel chatting with passing neighbors and drinking coffee . The highlight of my stay was Saleh taking myself and another guest out to the local food market to sample different Zanbarian cuisine. It was such a treat and a great experience.

Veldig hyggelig vertskap! Vi ble tatt veldig godt i mot og ble hentet på flyplassen til tross for et veldig dårlig ankomsttidspunkt. Nydelig frokost servert i en veldig hyggelig hage. Verten Saleh kjørte oss til nærmeste strand, og hentet oss når vi ønsket det. Veldig kunnskapsrik og hyggelig, og fortalte oss mye interessant som gjorde resten av oppholdet vårt på Zanzibar strålende. Vi ble også invitert ut på kveldsmarkedet i Stone Town og på nydelig daddelkake og te på kafé etterpå. Vi hadde kun bestilt en natt her, men kunne veldig gjerne bodd her mange flere netter. Anbefales på det varmeste!

What can I say about 64 Zenj House? Everything exceeded my expectations! I was so happy to be here—it felt like a true home away from home. I only wish my holiday could have lasted longer. I would love to return!

The owner of this hotel is a special person. He helped us get to know the place better, he drove us to beautiful places at his own expense without charging us, he didn't even accept money for a taxi. He allowed us to purchase products and prepare food for ourselves at the hotel without charging us for the service. I definitely want to come back here. I felt like I was at home. He gave me his private motorcycle to serve me around.

I like everything as expected

The whole hotel was really clean. Even when we came way to late and deep in the night the owner let us in and was helpfull with everything. We even got the breakfast 2 hours to late and took us to the boat. I will definitely reccomend staying here for a nice, relaxing time in stonetown. Coming back again!

Very nice house in a quiet place. The host and staff are very kind and friendly with a perfect service. The breakfast was super delicious. We will come again and can recommend the place.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property, ideally located near the airport and Stonetown. The owner warmly welcomed us upon arrival, setting a great tone for our trip. The next morning a very good breakfast served in the beautiful garden. After exploring Stonetown, the kids swam in the pool while we chatted with the owner and another guest in a relaxed atmosphere. The spacious, clean rooms and air conditioning offered much-needed comfort. Overall, the exceptional hospitality makes this an ideal base for anyone visiting Zanzibar. Thank you.

Excellent séjour, ils sont venus nous chercher à l'aéroport au milieu de la nuit et nous ont chouchouté durant tout le séjour (et aidé à louer une voiture de qualité à un très bon prix). Merci beaucoup ! Ps: il y a une plage accessible à pied, stone town est accessible en tuk tuk ou en taxi

Big clean room, working AC, hot water, friendly and professional host. Plus the kitten was adorable, my daughter cried leaving it.
