The Rose 603: City Centre Aprt with Rooftop Pool

The property was easy to locate, very clean and secure.

The fact that i had to pay for car park. A consideration if future to include free parking or discounted fee.

The location is great with plenty of cafes around and it's very easy to get around. The unit itself is ok, albeit quite small. The view from the room is absolutely spectacular. The security guards are very friendly. Quite well equipped.

All things considered, I'd say this is a last resort kind of accommodation. The unit itself is small, there is enough room for one person, but I can't really imagine how two people can comfortably stay here. Upon arrival, I was informed that the room was ready, however, due to 'shortage of linen', the bed wasn't made and the towels weren't available (I arrived at 15.30 (passed the check-in time). I was given no estimate of when this would be resolved, but when I came back around 10pm everything was in place. The bathroom is extremely small. There was an issue with the toilet, which started leaking. There is no housekeeping, and throughout a 6-day stay neither towels nor bed linen were changed and garbage bins weren't emptied either.

The location of the venue is very convenient. The building was very clean and everything was operational in the unit.

The cleaning frequency of the unit not satisfactory. Towels not replaced frequently.

I absolutely loved the location and the stunning views—it made my stay truly memorable. The place had all the resources I needed, and I was especially impressed that the specific requests I made before my stay were carefully attended to. The view of both Table Mountain and Lion’s Head is simply breathtaking, and the rooftop pool is the cherry on top, offering one of the most spectacular sunsets I’ve ever seen. It felt like a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty!

It's a lovely spot to visit with your significant other and unwind. Checking in is a simple yet very innovative process. I like that your face is scanned to get into the lift and that you can enter without a key or card, as long as you remember the code that was given to you. The location is very central, just a short walk from different places whether you need to shop or experience Cape Town nightlife. I would recommend this place for anyone who is planning a short getaway in town. It has all that you will need in a kitchen and is comfortable.

The TV needs to be connected to the WIFI beforehand so guests don't have to figure it out. We arrived on Friday and checked in, but had to wait until Saturday for someone to come and connect the TV. Prior to the guests arriving, make sure to check and replace the batteries for the Aircon. The toilet flush button needs to be repaired to prevent future guests from encountering the same issue of it malfunctioning.
