It had a HOT TUB.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT COCKROACHES TOO LOUD POT WAY TOO SMALL We originally booked a different room with hot tub. But the minute we got in that room the guy told us that it only had cold water. He then told us to contact the owner of these rooms. We did and told her that „the Hot tub/ jacuzzi“ is the only reason we booked that place and it was never stated anywhere that it would only work with cold water. She then showed us the ad in Spanish and it said „private pool“ since the jacuzzi was outside. Nobody thinks of a jacuzzi being cold. She said it got lost in the translation from Spanish into englisch and it’s not her job to check if The description still matches. Private Pool does not translate into hot tub/ jacuzzi. So in the end the ad says something differently about the room than it actually is. We told we would like to have different room or a price reduction. She told us no. Either cancel the stay (than we would loose all our money) or get a different room with 15€/night since it has hot water. She wasn’t willing to cooperate. In the end we got the other place for 10€/ night and we should really see it as „very symbolic“ gesture for this „much more expensive“ room. In the end it was a FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and we DID NOT FEEL treated nicely by this woman(the owner). We only one had a singular stovetop which was alright. But the pot was so tiny you could on make 1/3 of a noodle pack. It also smelled very chemical and not pleasant at all. The plates and pan were not cleaned prior to our arrival. How do they clean the room?? There were no trashcans in this room only in the bathroom. We also found COCKROACHES TWICE. The room was right next a street and a metro. The windows are so cheap that you hear every single thing from the outside. We couldn’t sleep longer than 7am during our vacation. All in all I was very disappointed by that place. The only nice interaction we had was the guy who was there for our check in working for the owner.

Just the price could work

Dirty bed sheets, bugs, dust and spiders webs. Thin walls so basically you hear every sounds from outside and other rooms and can't sleep properly. They hadn't shampoo and shower gel. Also cleaning team just change towels without cleaning apartment.

Near public transportation. Spacious. Stylishly designed. There's a patio but it's walled in so not so amenable to use.

Intermittent warm water and water pressure. Mildew smell in common room immediately outside the apartment. No condiments (salt, pepper) or napkins provided. No desk, no stove (just a hot plate and microwave). No washing machine. Very small frig. No bath towel hooks. Hand soap in shower ran out during my stay, despite at least one visit by housekeeping staff. Extremely cheaply apportioned (e.g., light fixtures). I couldn't get the patio door to lock. I had a small bag with a couple of groceries I accidently left next to my apartment door in the common room (which you need a key to access) and three hours later it had been stolen (or at least taken).

Netflix and youtube, but we already have it on our mobile phones, so it doesn’t matter.

This accommodation is very bad. The water in the shower wasn’t working and it was either too hot or too cold. The place was dirty when we came in and first thing that we have been told was to keep the place clean and tidy. On our last day, we had to wait for 15 minutes for host to come, risking to be late on our flight, even though we told the host about timing. Very unprofessional and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! Last, but not the least important - it is very far from the downtown, regardless on public transport, which makes the apartment ovepriced. P.S. Communication with the host wasn’t easy, because they don’t speak english at all. Very dissapointing.

Pluses: + all the necessary items to prepare breakfast + a fridge + AC + quiet + patio + close to at least 2 big supermarkets

Minuses: - the smell - bugs and cockroaches everywhere - poor Wi-Fi - TV doesn't work well - taking a shower in that bathtub isn't comfortable and the water spills all over the place - the 'decoration' is dirty and it's a perfect home for bugs

I loved the design of the room, it’s so cute and special. Very clean and comfortable, close to tram and metro and big supermarkets. Free coffee and coffee machine was my favorite part. The balcony brought so much sunshine it really made my day. It has an iron and a hairdryer which is super useful!

The walls are literally paper thin!! You hear every single word, move, step the people in the room next to you make. They were also very loud until way after midnight. Sometimes the bathroom smelled bad and the floor was very very cold
