GBThe staff were amazing! They helped us with our journey into Vietnam, and it all worked out perfectly. The hotel isn't quite finished, hence scoring a 9 instead of a 10. The rooms and pool were fabulous, and I'm sure the addition of the sky bar will make it even better! The Kep Natural restaurant, a short walk from the hotel is worth a visit too.
