Well positioned, Very comfortable and clean. The rate was also very good.

The ensuite toilet did not have a door! This is absolutely unacceptable.

We booked from 28.04.2023 to the 01.05.2023. Unit 2 Booking was done under my brother’s name Rogan. On arrival the unit was cleanish. You could see the marble countertops were wiped with a dirty cloth as there was a white film on them. We had no one coming in to clean daily as we were told we need to pay R100. I have never experienced this before where there is no cleaning service. We had a smart tv but no wifi. We had to buy our own toilet paper as there was only 1 for the entire weekend. I had to buy doom for the cockroaches in the kitchen. All the cupboards were full of dishes which meant our food had to stay on the counter tops. My biggest complaint is that the beds in one of the rooms had bedbugs. When communicating this to Megan said it could be sand fleas or the bedbugs were brought to the accommodation. Insinuating I have bed bugs at my home. I am appalled at her response. Megan said the owner of unit 2 replaced the beds and was the only one who slept on them. She did not even know which room we referred to. Which means the unit was not occupied over the easter weekend….. lies She said we left a mess. Bed linen should all be washed after guests leave. We came on holiday and know that there is daily cleaning service which is free. Megan was rude and disrespectful to my husband. My extended family have been coming to the bridge for about 25 years. And my family gave good reviews. Needless to say I will never visit the accommodation again. My son had fevers Sunday night from the 100 bites on his feet. If it was sand fleas we all would have been bitten including the babies we had with us. I am disgusted by the service received and response’s Megan gave to our queries. I will be leaving this review on every site The Bridge is advertised on. I hope the owner knows the person managing his property is nasty

The place, was nice and clean and in a good location. Loved our stay.

The building said, there was WiFi, but there was t WiFi in our apartment. But it wasn't a train smash.
