New and trendy. Nice hostess. Pictures on booking.com are accurate. Breakfast is in a gelateria—delicious! Private gated parking. With a kitchenette and a microwave in a common space. Keycard access is convenient.

Shower water can seep through to the toilet area next to the shower. Coffee machine is not in the room but in the common area next door. No big deal for a short stay.
