SPRING BREAK NOTICE & Semana Santa 04/11/2025 to 04/20/2025 : Sapphire Condominiums administration has very specific rules regarding who can/cannot stay on their property during the month of March. All guests must: Sapphire requires all renters to be 30 yrs or older and occupy the condo with the family whom have children in order to rent during these restricted dates. At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during your check-in time. We will NOT allow check-in if the renter does not meet these requirements. The family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family. If you have any questions about these policies, please contact us directly before booking this property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
