Red Cliff Condos #1H

Having the 3 separate bedroom areas were nice. The large laundry room for a family of 8 would have been convenient if we had stayed more than one night to utilize that. The owner was quick with a response when booking. It was a clean and convenient location outside of town for one night for the price.

The living room was too small for the size of the sofa and TV. You could not move around in the room. The air-conditioning needs to be adjusted so that the air flow is the same in bedrooms. The master bed was cooler and the other 2 bedrooms were hot. Not sure if it should be listed for that many grown adults unless sleeping on the sofa is counted.. The bunk bed wasn't that stable. Yes there was a single pop up bed to use but the only place to put it privately would have been a walk in closet and it was very warm there. Wanted to use the extra pillows that were in the closet but never found any pillow cases. Never cooked in the kitchen so have no complaints or comments to add for that area.

Size of unit and number of beds. Great TV. Like golf game. Decent beds.

Pool and hot tub was stinky and dirty w no towels available the whole trip. Need more drinking glasses. No coffee filters. Cooking skillets are old and barely usable. Unit above is noisy…can hear every step way louder than it should be. Wish the master had a king bed.

The bed in the primary bedroom was super comfortable!

There were pounding footsteps from the condo overhead until 10:30pm.

This was a great condo and exactly as advertised. The rooms and beds were comfortable, the couch was spacious and the TV was huge! The kitchen was everything that we needed.

The location is on the far side of Moab from the parks (with the exception of Canyon lands Needles, which I highly recommend) so an extra 5-10 mins of travel time are needed, but this is very minor
